Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy for unopened merchandise. The customer will pay a 20% restocking fee. The customer will pay for shipping a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@SunHaus.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, less the shipping cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To initiate a return or exchange of an item, please email us at Hello@Sunhaus.co with a corresponding subject and order number. Please include the following information in the email:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return\exchange
  3. Attach photos and videos of the product that you want to return or exchange - in good quality, unretouched
  4. Any relevant comments

After the return or exchange is pre-accepted, we will let you know the address to which you’d need to mail the item(s). Next step is for us to receive the item and evaluate its condition. Please allow up to ten days for item to be processed for return or exchange. Please note that items that are damaged or soiled through, opened, blown-up or misshapen, will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer. If the return or exchange is accepted, we will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used bounce houses that have retained water or been blown up.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, pre-orders or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
